Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing or using Mount Gravatt Bingo (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("T&Cs"). These T&Cs govern your use of the Site, including all games, services, promotions, and content provided through it. If you don't accept these T&Cs or any changes made thereto from time to time, please do not access or use the Site.

Eligibility Requirements

Mount Gravatt Bingo is operated by Mount Gravatt Bingo Limited (the "Operator") under a license. To be eligible to play on our site, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction);
  • Not be physically present in any restricted territory or jurisdiction;
  • Provide accurate information when creating and maintaining your account.

Minimum Age Requirements

You must be of a valid age according to laws in your country. The Operator reserves the right to request proof of age at its discretion.

Geographic Restrictions

Access to our Site is limited by law, so we restrict access from certain countries or jurisdictions where such restrictions apply. You can see which countries are restricted and you agree not to attempt to bypass these restrictions using VPNs or any other means.

Account Registration Rules

To use the Site, you must create a user account (the "Account") by providing accurate information about yourself as required on our registration form. You warrant that all information provided is true, correct, complete and up-to-date at all times and agree to update such information promptly in the event of any changes thereto.

One- Account-per-user Policies

You may only create one user account per person, household or shared IP address. If you attempt to create more than one account, we reserve the right to suspend, cancel, or merge them at our discretion without notice.

Identity Verification and KYC

We have the right to request from time to time information (including but not limited to identification documents, proof of address) for identity verification and Know Your Customer ("KYC") purposes. We reserve the right to refuse any user account if we reasonably believe you are attempting to use our Site in a manner that breaches applicable laws or regulations.

Account Accuracy Obligations

You must maintain accurate information about your Account and update it promptly whenever necessary, including changing your login details and updating your address and payment methods. You agree not to impersonate someone else through creating false accounts with fake identities or attempting any other similar form of deception on the Site.

Account Security Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials (username/password) and other user information. Mount Gravatt Bingo is under no obligation to verify the identity of users accessing the site, but we can suspend or terminate accounts if suspicious activity occurs on a particular account at our discretion.

Login Credentials and Password Protection

Choose a secure password for logging in to your Account, keep it confidential, do not share with anyone else, and change regularly. We will never ask you for this information through email or phone calls (or any other method) - so ignore if someone contacting as claiming needing login details from Mount Gravatt Bingo.

Restricted Behaviour and Prohibited Activities

You agree:

  • Not to engage in spamming, phishing, hacking or exploiting a known error within the site;
  • To not use robots, scripts, or automated processes to access content;
  • Not to disrupt any aspect of our systems including using software such as browser extension that changes user interface.
  • We will monitor for suspicious behavior and reserve rights to suspend/cancel account without notice if we reasonably believe you have engaged in prohibited activities.

Bonus and Promotion Rules

When taking advantage of promotions, bonuses or other special offers on the site:

  • You must comply with these Terms & Conditions
  • Promotions subject to specific conditions.
  • Bonus wagering requirements apply to cash out your winnings (further details under bonus terms section).

Wagering and Gameplay Conditions

Gameplay is regulated by rules which include:

  • Minimum/maximum bets allowed per round;
  • Winnings are paid according to odds shown in the games results tables or other official data published on our website from time-to-time.
  • Any dispute relating gameplay will be subject to these terms, but please note we always operate transparently and follow our policy that no disputes accepted as a basis for claims.

Bonus Abuse Prevention

We actively monitor user behavior and prevent bonus abuse through technical means. If you attempt such activities (including self-exclusion from promotion), your account may be flagged or suspended.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All payment methods accepted are specified. Minimum & maximum deposit/withdrawal limits apply per each of the options available - they change occasionally so please check these every time making new transaction through our site. Verification before Withdrawals

To make any withdrawal from your Account:

  • We will verify whether there are any conditions met for the right of access to such request based upon these T&Cs;
  • Please note that as per anti-money laundering policies we reserve right suspend/terminate withdrawals when suspicious transactional patterns detected by our internal systems.

Processing and Review Procedures

We have a rigorous processing system in place. All transactions, complaints or questions will be looked into fairly but promptly - please refer to the dedicated FAQ section for further information about specific requirements if making a complaint.

Responsible Gambling Expectations

To prevent problem gambling behavior, we require that you:

  • Set deposit limits (up to maximum as specified per individual);
  • Don't bet more than what can afford to lose on any single game or round of play;
  • Regularly review your Account activity and promptly update it if necessary.

Self-exclusion and Account Restrictions

To prevent further gaming from taking place, you may choose at anytime voluntarily self exclude yourself for a selected time period which will automatically set deposit limits as well. Additionally we reserve right cancel/suspend accounts due to failure comply with our Terms & Conditions or flagging suspicious behavior on the account by system.

Game Fairness and RNG Systems

We operate an open system using genuine random number generator ("RNG") in all games on site, which is certified independent testing. Our system gives you same odds chance as next player at table/spinning wheel, every outcome fully unpredictable. If any dispute arise related to gameplay fairness then these terms (and policy) applied.

Technical Interruptions or Voided Gameplay

Due operational reasons we may restrict access temporarily which not include but limited by: hardware upgrade/downgrade; database refresh; software updates etc - all will be explained on the main site notice section with due apologies given for short-term inconvenience caused. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service in event of major technical disruptions as well and therefore reserve right void winnings paid where system interrupted, or games affected significantly.

Suspension or Closure of Accounts

We may suspend/close any account under our complete discretion if we reasonably believe that you:

  • Breached applicable laws and regulations;
  • Used false identity documents;
  • Failed comply with these Terms & Conditions at all times (including updating information and setting up deposits limits).

Intellectual Property and Platform Ownership

Our website, games content, platform technology belongs to the Operator. All rights are reserved in compliance with the most stringent international copyright conventions. You must not reproduce or distribute any part of our site without explicit permission first from us.

Limitation of Liability

We do our utmost best but cannot guarantee continuous performance; loss due non-use of the service will be paid at all times - as we follow regulations concerning transparency that fully disclosed on our terms and conditions section about compensation for interrupted/affected gaming.

Modification of Terms

From time to time, these T&Cs may change. In such case your continued access to or use of the Site signifies consent with new changes which come in place.
